Troubleshooting Tips

Consult the following table if you encounter problems using the InfoIQ SafeLink application. If your problem is not listed here, please contact DMi Support.



Possible Causes/Resolutions

You cannot access the InfoIQ SafeLink Manager.

SafeLink is reporting connection problems.

The InfoIQ SafeLink online help text is displayed in an existing browser window instead of a new window.

  • Follow these workaround steps:

  1. In Internet Explorer, select the Internet Options... item from the Tools menu.

  2. Select the Advanced tab.

  3. Uncheck the Reuse windows for launching shortcuts option.

  4. Press the OK button.

  5. Re-launch the online help from the SafeLink Manager.
